FAQs

How does it work for under 18s?

Children and teenagers under 18 do not pay an entrance fee in many archaeological sites and museums throughout Campania. For this reason, there is no special under 18 Pass. Reduced price tickets are also available for young people aged from 18 – 25, up to the day of their 25th birthday. As regards transport, children under 6 travel free.

After buying a Naples Pass online, will I need to collect something?

You will only need to collect something if you have purchased the 3 day Naples Pass + Artecard (both adults and young people). In order to take advantage of the use of public transport across the region which is included with this card, you will need to collect a physical Artecard, which will serve as your ticket on public transport.

You can collect this in the following places:

  • At the Information point at Capodichino airport (arrivals hall, Gesac counter), open from 09:00 to 17:00 Monday to Sunday.
  • At the Information point at Garibaldi station (central station entrance, on the same side as Feltrinelli bookshop), open from 09:00 to 18:00 Monday to Sunday.

You will be able to collect your card immediately after having purchased the digital version of the Naples Pass.

Which versions of the Naples Pass include public transport?

The use of public transport across the whole region is included exclusively with the 3 day Naples Pass + Artecard, for both adults and young people. Transport across the whole region of Campania comes with this version (including to Pompeii and Sorrento). This Pass allows you to use the bus, metro, rail and cable car services of all those transport companies belonging to the UNICOCAMPANIA Group. These are AIR, AMTS, ANM, CSTP, CTI/ATI, CTP, EAV, EAV autolinee, SITA SUD and TRENITALIA. Use of public transport is not included in any other type of card.
